We had such a great experience with Vassiliy and VIVA Windows team. The windows were made to order and they came within 5-6 weeks. The team came to swap out the windows and completed the work smoothly and efficiently in less than 2 days. We had almost 40 windows replaced. The areas around the windows were cleaned up so well as if they never came to do the job. They were also very careful during installation as we had a baby at home. We can't say enough good things about VIVA Windows and highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows for their home.

VIVA Windows has done a great job from the very start. The representative came over to our place exactly at the time he promised. Did the measurements, gave us the options to choose from, etc. We ordered a new patio door, we also received a quote without any unnecessary gimmics, as well as given an approximate date of installation. It was a little later than we thought we'll get it but we understood it was dependent on the company making it. The rep, Vassiliy, was on top of it and kept us aware of what was going on. And then the door has come and we just loved it. The guys who were taking off the old patio door and installing the new one were very professional, quick and very thorough. They brought some plastic covers and put them over the furniture. They even gave us a great suggestion how to make it beautiful from the outside and did some extra work. They cleaned up everything after the installation and took away the old door. We are very pleased with the product and the company itself. Thank you, Viva Windows

The VIVA windows team were the best from start to finish! They had open communication the whole time, from the time they came and took measurements, to ordering our windows, scheduling a delivery, and doing a final walk through when our project was complete. They were on time for the two days they did the project and were very easy to work with. We love how our windows look both from the inside and the outside. It made our house look so much better! We can’t wait to ask VIVA windows back in the future for our next window project: our sunroom.
